Africa Energy Forum
The 18th annual Africa Energy Forum will be held on 21–24 June 2016 at the InterContinental London – the O2, bringing together Africa’s energy ministries, utilities and regulators, together with investors from around the world.
The Africa Energy Forum is a global investment meeting for Africa’s power, energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors. The forum aims to facilitate a meeting point for European and African developers and investors to build relationships with governments, utilities and regulators from across the African continent.
This year 1,000 investors, 500 public sector stakeholders, 300 technology providers, 270 developers and 50 students are expected to attend the event, representing 82 countries. The theme of this year’s forum is “mergers and acquisitions”.
Hosting the forum in London will enable Africa’s growing number of small and medium-sized power developers to present their businesses to decision makers from across the investment spectrum.
