The Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) brings together the world’s largest and leading countries, international organisations and companies to achieve a single mission: accelerate clean energy transitions. This is a high-level global forum to promote policies and programmes that advance clean energy technology, to share lessons learned and best practices, and to encourage the transition to a global clean energy economy. Brazil was unanimously chosen to host, in 2024, the 15th Clean Energy Ministerial, CEM, and the 9th Ministerial Meeting on Mission Innovation (MI) – acknowledging the country’s clean energy matrix and leadership in the area.
