The International Hydropower Association (IHA) invites hydropower professionals, academics and students – men as well as women – to take a short online survey about increasing participation by women in the hydropower sector. The survey will close on Friday, 14 January 2022.

The International Hydropower Association (IHA) is conducting the survey as part of a World Bank study on improving gender equality in the hydropower workforce.

The initiative is being delivered by IHA together with the Global Women's Network for the Energy Transition (GWNET).

The main survey is for professionals already working in the sector.

In addition, there a dedicated survey for students and academics.
