Take your chance to contribute to a study aimed at increasing participation by women in the hydropower sector.

The International Hydropower Association (IHA) is conducting a survey of men and women in the hydropower sector as part of a World Bank study on improving gender equality in the hydropower workforce.

The initiative is being delivered by IHA together with the Global Women's Network for the Energy Transition (GWNET).

The main survey is for professionals already working in the sector.

In addition, there a dedicated survey for students and academics.
