Isma Khuzaima Mansor joined IHA in January 2025 as the Southeast Asia Regional Lead.  

In this role, she plays a central part in IHA's advocacy work in Southeast Asia, building partnerships with members and relevant stakeholders, as well as supporting policy recommendations to advance sustainable hydropower development in the region. She is seconded from Sarawak Energy Berhad, an IHA member.

With more than 20 years of corporate experience, including more than a decade at Sarawak Energy, Isma's expertise spans across corporate performance management, strategy development, stakeholder engagement and financial analysis.  

She has been instrumental in translating corporate strategy into actionable KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Holding a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from UMIST, Manchester, Isma has also played a pivotal role in the project management and operations of a Palm Oil Refinery Complex. Her contributions have been key to both companies' journeys towards sustainability and energy transition.
