Lorenzo joined IHA in December 2024. He is dedicated to enhancing IHA’s reach within Latin America.  

His role involves acting as a communication bridge with regional members and government agents, as well as coordinating initiatives, engaging with the community and strategically implementing IHA’s policies to overcome environmental and industrial challenges in the region.

Lorenzo’s experience lies predominantly in the private sector. He currently works at LSH Consulting Engineers, an engineering consultancy that offers services in hydrology, water management and hydroelectric engineering. At LSH, he focuses o marketing communications and market research. Although he has also had a brief stint in winter sports management, the majority of his experience is rooted in the energy sector.

Lorenzo holds a German business administration degree and a degree in communication sciences. He is currently pursuing his third bachelor's degree in international business through the Royal Holloway University of London. An avid researcher and an active member of his academic community in Peru, Lorenzo is also a polyglot - fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and German.
