Nadia joined IHA’s regional team in August 2024 as the Southeast Asia Stakeholder and Engagement Officer. She is going to be focusing on advocating sustainable hydropower development in the region.  

She is also serving as a Public Affairs Executive for PT Kayan Hydropower Nusantara, where she is involved in the development of the 1,375 MW Mentarang Induk hydroelectric project. Her expertise spans strategic communications, public relations, content creation, and event management. Previously, she worked as a communications consultant, promoting cross-border power trade within ASEAN and providing support for Indonesia's major state-owned energy company.

Nadia holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Universitas Indonesia. In 2022, she led content creation and deliveries for Indonesia's G20 Presidency. In 2019, she spent her time in Italy to volunteer with NGOs on a video documentary project, addressing sustainability and social issues.  

She speaks Indonesian, English, and Japanese.
